課程概述 |
Regular seminar talks covering different topics of mechanical engineering will be arranged in this course. The students are asked to attend seminars and then hand-in briefs of their reflection. After the course, the students are expected to understand more about research in mechanical engineering.
本課程定期舉辦專題演講，將邀請不同領域學者專家擔任講座；學生需參加講座並提交精簡報告，預期他們於課程結束後能瞭解更多機械工程研究現況。

To let students know more about research in mechanical engineering, and also to instruct them how to carry out research and write technical reports.
讓學生瞭解機械工程研究現況，並兼學習科技研究及論文撰述方法。 |

課程要求 |
Students are asked to attend all seminal talks although only the best 9 (+1 required) records of their briefs will be counted in final grade.
• 每次演講皆須出席，課程中可隨機點名，點名不到者當次成績以0分計算。
• 每次演講須撰寫聽講報告，並於下課後當場繳交。
• 12次聽講報告成績擇優取9次，加上環安衛講習之1次成績，共10次成績平均後，即為學期成績。
• 若有正當理由請假，須上學校系統申請，經核准後請假次數可減少平均次數。（請假紀錄請截圖email通知助教）
